Brother Larry Hecker Beta Phi ’69 was named the Tucson Chamber of Commerce Man of the Year and was honored at the annual luncheon banquet on April 7th at the Westin La Paloma Resort. Brother Hecker is a partner in the Tucson law firm of Hecker & Muehlebach PLLC. His community involvement has been extensive, consistent and tireless. Currently, he is chair of the Pima County Bond Advisory Steering Committee, IdeaFunding for TREO and is vice-chair of the Arizona Economic Resources Organization (AERO). He is also a member of the RTA citizens advisory committee, The Tucson Airport Authority and the executive committee of the Desert Angels.
Larry is the father of current Beta Phi undergrad Alex Hecker ’09 who is graduating in May 09 and hopes to attend the UA Law School like his father.
