Jeff Cunningham is a Senior Associate for CB Richard Ellis’ Phoenix office. An investment sales broker for over seven years, he specializes in single asset and regional portfolio transactions throughout the Southwest United States, within CB Richard Ellis Hotels.
Mr. Cunningham works on the evaluation, marketing, acquisition and disposition of hotel properties. His skills include conducting property analyses for investment disposition and the repositioning of hotel opportunities.
