The Beta Phi Room Gift Capital Campaign is the final phase of the New House Capital Campaign. The $800,000 Campaign is being managed by the six Decade Chairs teams that are coordinating the donor communication/solicitation activities for each of the decades.
The Decade Chairs will be working closely with Team Captains that will be responsible for calling on Beta Phi Brothers to participate in the campaign. Each of the teams will be provided with a Donor Packet and will participate in a conference call program to review the packet and to develop a “roommate prospect list” that will be contacted about making a gift to the campaign as well as becoming a roommate with other Brothers from their era.
Please note the Donor Room Packet material (see below) that has been prepared for presentation to Beta Phi Brothers that are potential candidates to participate in the Room Gifts Campaign. The alumni contact data will be provided by the Decade Chairs to each of the Team Captains and the members of the donor calling team. In addition, calling team members can utilize the Alumni Directory on the Beta Phi Website by clicking here.
